This thread has been created in the " opposing view" subforum for the simple reason it does not "lean left". As a matter of fact it leans no direction. THINKING FOR ONESELF is not a new idea. I did not invent it. I am not the first to do it either. My only goal or agenda if you will, is to promote others to THINK FOR THEMSELVES. Lets take a closer look.
I often wondered years ago as a registered Republican why the so called conservitives continually wage war, spend billions on the military complex and give huge tax breaks to corporations. Spending billions to murder women and children half way around the globe is not only expensive but just plain wrong. Then you have the "PATRIOT ACT". A more accurate name would be the Tyranny Act". 911 certainly did not happen as the MSM/ govt. Would have you believe. Think I'm wrong? Go take a closer look for yourself. YOU DECIDE based on facts.
Now lets look at the left. Liberal in freedom and liberty? NDAA act anyone? Should have been called the TYRANNY ACT PART 2. BTW. more people have died from eating peanut butter, due to peanut allergies, in the US than from terrorists. Where is the war on peanut butter? The affordable care act anyone? Mitt Romney had the same plan as Obama. Would it piss you off if a "Republican" forced healthcare on you vs. a Democrat? Which brings me to my next point.
WHAT IS RIGHT vs. WHO IS RIGHT.
Are you towing the line or THINKING FOR YOURSELF?
Is the NDAA ACT any more right because a supposed liberal championed the bill? WRONG IS WRONG.
To sum it up what we have as Americans is "left" and a "right" who engage in endless wars, bailout banks with our tax money, give huge tax breaks to corporations (more theft), CAUSE financial problems, take our liberties in the name of protecting us, protect those who pollute the earth and blame US for it.
Proof is in the pudding.
The only agreement that could be made as Congress made up the new budget was to insure the derivatives market (1.4 Quadrillion$$!!) with FDIC monies( our tax monies) to bailout bankers, and to spend another trillion $ we don't have. Yep, this is what the left and right
agreed on.
My conclusion is this, a choice between criminal D vs. Criminal R isn't much of a choice at all. The best way to win a fight is to control both sides. That's exactly what is being done. THERE IS NO LEFT OR RIGHT. THEY ARE ONE IN THE SAME. But don't take my word for it.
