Good food/water/general prep resource

I'm not LDS, but I have been following this woman's blog for about a year. preparedldsfamily.blogspot.com/p/start-here.html  She has some great info on getting started with prep, and how to slowly build up your food, water, emergency supplies.  She breaks things down into weekly and/or monthly checklists on things to buy and how to adjust them to match your family size.  I've found this to be really helpful to me without getting overwhelmed with it.
